The 300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course is an advanced-level program designed for teachers who are certified in a 200-Hour RYT Certification Program. This Yoga Teachers Training Program prepares you to identify the goals and techniques of yoga that are more advanced than in the 200-hour TTC program. This 300-hour program explains to you how to teach yoga to advanced practitioners, learn Yoga Anatomy & Energy Anatomy in detail.

Ishavasyam Yoga School has been certified and recognized by Yoga Alliance USA to offer 300 hours Yoga Teacher Training Program. This Teacher Training Program gives you an in-depth understanding of Advanced Hatha & Ashtanga, Yoga Therapy, Ayurveda, Kundalini, Pranayama, Yog Nidra, Traditional Tantra. Detailed Study Material and Yoga books are included in this advanced-level course. Most part of your time will be spent on expanding your knowledge of yoga postures while being aware of the alignments and anatomical structures in order to deepen your own practice as well as learn how to teach your students safely.
